Sustainable Ecooking Vertical Kitchen
Now not only houses can be constructed by following principles of sustainable development, but the furniture sets can be eco-friendly as well. Italian designer Massimo Facchinetti has created a marvelous kitchen furniture set with reverence for natural resources designed specifically for limited spaces.

Have you ever wondered if there is a kitchen set that is both contemporary and high-tech, but suitable for tiny kitchens? Well, now you can be sure that there is one, because the Vertical Kitchen furniture set is just exactly that. The Ecooking Vertical Kitchen is a columnar “stack” that has everything needed for successful cooking: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction oven, sink, seating for six, even an espresso machine and a mini-wall garden for herbs. Impressive, isn’t it?
Well, that is not all. Of course with such little space you would expect that every part would be tiny, however, everything seems to fit the normal expectations. The kitchen set is not only compact, it is also environmentally-friendly. There are solar panels that fuel it with power, so that you don’t have to use electricity; there is also a hood that purifies air through nano-ized titanium dioxide; then there is a water filter that allows you to reuse the same water. The water purifying system is rather complicated – starting from the sink to dishwater and ending up in the water container that is intended for the little herb garden on one of the side panels.
However, currently this beautiful kitchen helper is not available. Now being only a concept, the Ecooking Vertical Kitchen was displayed during Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2013, while the mass production is scheduled for 2014. So, ladies and gentlemen, who love cooking and care for nature, watch out for this beautiful compact Ecooking Vertical Kitchen furniture set.
