St. Pancras Chambers: Penthouse Transformation
The famous London landmark, St. Pancras Chambers has now another reason to be famous. TG-Studio has transformed a three-floor penthouse into a luxurious apartment with personality. The penthouse transformation was a rather tedious process, because the apartment is located in the grade 1 listed building. This labeling means that the building is of a high architectural, cultural or social significance and any reconstruction is made only by official regulations.

Incredible Penthouse Renovation In St. Pancras Chambers
Would you ever consider living in a building considered as a London’s landmark? Dragging along all of its historical and cultural value seems noble enough, however, would you dare to remodel the rooms so they would look modern in this grandiose ancient building?
The client asked specifically to add character to the place, so the three-level penthouse now certainly has personality displayed in different colors, textures and exposed timber beams overhead. Although the original floor plan was maintained, most of the staircases, balustrades and partitions were replaced. The client personally helped to remove the old bathrooms as well.

Now, the apartment can boast of personal areas on the top floor as well as two levels dedicated to pleasure: there we see a portable pool table, luxurious bathroom with a huge TV, library unit, kitchen-dining space and many other areas. As you may have noticed, the entire interior is filled with oak clad furnishings that re-appear throughout the apartment. The furniture present in the penthouse is from renowned manufacturers – Poltrona frau, knoll and Lema.
The interior of this penthouse plays on contrasts that are created with special lighting features. There are also a lot of tactile pleasures – from oak to jewel-colored furniture sets. The apartment, although, quite expansive is very cozy with all its weird artworks, striped rugs and cute drop pillow designs. But in all this luxury, it is hard to unite the exterior of the grandiose St. Pancras Chambers to the contemporary interior of the penthouse.
