Scandinavian Interior in Norway

This amazing house was completed in 2010 by the Oslo based Element Arkitekter AS. Located in Rogaland, Norway this house originaly was built in 1969 to complement the existing house. The Element Arkitekter AS has significantly upgraded the house to the contemporary life needs. The upper part of the house was reconstructed to achieve the better spacing and opening the grand view on the great fjord.

The modern heavy built wood exterior is complemented with the Scandinavian interior design. The classic open spaces and light timber palette feature minimum color accents and some unique designer accessories, like the light fixture. The classic scandinavian fur accessories are also present in this great Northface house.
Apart from being an amazing huge contemporary house, the house is a living perfect example of how to blend the classic modern exterior and striking scandinavian interior. Of course the most amazing thing is the fantastic view the upper level upons unto the fjord. The grand mountains, lush greenery and water constitute super naturalistic and fantastic vista.
