Pearl Valley 276 Residence: Posh & Sleek
Cape Town doesn’t stop to amaze us by its incredibly luxurious residencies. Pearl Valley 276 is an excellent example of contemporary architectural supremacy that is posh and sleek, if described in two words. The interior design of the house can be related to the lifestyle lead by the owners of the place, who needed to display luxury and expose their activities.

Dining Area In Pearl Valley 276
A young couple that wanted to move to Western Cape in order to lead more quiet rural life didn’t want to be stripped off their luxuries lifestyles. They have approached Antoni Associates to build the house of their dreams: minimalistic, posh and expansive.
We are already familiar with works of this design team by their few projects, such as Barefoot Luxury House and Silverhurst House. Both projects exude luxury and contemporary architectural preferences, so Antoni Associates were perfect for making a contemporary luxurious residence that the clients asked for.
Antoni Associates also specializes in building with eco-friendly materials, using mostly the natural ones, such as timber and stone. These materials are perfect for creating a flowing communication between the visual and tactile types of perception. Despite its massiveness, the Pearl Valley house is very homey and cozy. The timber flooring contrasts with raw off-shutter concrete ceilings, stone and marble cladding.
Clients also emphasized that the house should reflect their love for entertainment, so the house is full of relaxed luxury. There is an informal living space that includes a kitchen, dining room and an open bar – all of them being connected to the relaxation lounge. There is a family lounge and a spa room divided from the socializing area by two-sided fireplace.
The furniture indoors, which by the way is made by OKHA, is very modern and sleek, mostly in white and beige colors. For the contrast there have been also bold color outbreaks that are so loved by the clients. By the way, the entertainment area continues in the garden flowing into the sunken outdoor boma – a traditional South African outdoor enclosure.
