Malbaie V House
This beautiful wooden Malbaie V house is located in a dramatic region of Cap-à-l’Aigle in the heart of Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada. Let’s explore its eco-friendly and contemporary design.
Unique Quebec House
The region being charming in its own way also offers a great location for a residential house. The Malbaie V “Le Phare” project was completed by MU Architects company in 2010, and takes up about 2,400 square foot. It has a perfect location overlooking St. Lawrence River, offering stunning views throughout the whole house.
It is interesting to note that apart from having wooden exterior, the house also has literally green roof, extended for the whole area, with eco-friendly interior design solution. This two storey building, apart from offering beautiful views from the grand window also offers a very contemporary interior, featuring mostly black color, with contrasting beige and chocolate. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground level.
The Malbaie V house is a part of a bigger project Les Terrasses Cap-à-l’Aigle, a unique residential hillside development offering stunning views of La Malbaie, the St. Lawrence River and the surrounding mountains.
