Getting Rid of Kitchen Mold

It might sound frightening, however every household contains the mold spores and if there are the perfect conditions created, the spores will develop into that nasty mold. Unfortunately, kitchen is often the place where the spores find that perfect space for development, due to its moist conditions, often found near the sink areas. Apart from creating a nasty spot near the sink, or where it develops, you should know that mold also creates risk for the health of your house inhabitants. Fortunately, there are several ways to get rid of kitchen mold.

One of the ways of removing mold is to use a kitchen soap or detergent. First make sure that area of mold is wet, then create a soapy surface. Then, using a sponge with a scrub surface, start to remove the mold by scratching the area. Make sure that you don’t place the sponge in the area, where is no mold as the spores might transfer to that area as well. Now, to kill the mold you will need to make a mixture of household bleach with water, using the proportion of 1 cup of bleach to 10 cups of water. Then, pour that mixtures into the spray bottle and spray away the surface that you had just cleaned. Now wait for fifteen to twenty minutes for the bleach to settle down and kill any residue.
