Contemporary Coffee Tables by Bellila
Well, environment friendly designs are gaining popularity, as there are definitely a segment of consumers that will want this kind of a coffee table. The collection by French company Bellila offers two kinds of coffee tables, which are distinguishing in form, however, the concept stays the same: there is a mini planter inside of it!
Bellila is a relatively young company, which started out in 2011 when the two masterminds, Paul Bellila, independent designer and Julien Bitan, young entrepreneur meet. The passion that united them is the strong attachment to nature, and love for furnishings. Currently, Bellila design studio is making furnishing that are eco-friendly and by 100% made in their beloved homeland, France. The uniqueness of this project is that they are determined to bring a little bit of garden into every household, that will take it. This way, they are designing furniture, which incorporates a little piece of nature.
The Volcano and Laguna coffee tables are excellent representatives of the Bellila design studio. They present two distinct shapes, that invite a little oasis into your daily life. The Laguna table is a traditional four legged tabled, which strict streamlined structure and the rising above miniature tree are inspiring the thoughts of the Zen garden. Moreover, the little planter on the table can easily be transformed into the fish pond. The container is removable and is made from ceramics, thus it can easily be washed. The table can be available in several hues and configurations.
On the other hand, the Volcano table is a table with character. It’s unique shape is reminding of the rising volcano mounting, where on top of it you can see a miniature tree with fruits. The configuration is practically the same, however as you see the shape of this Volcano table is completely different from the Laguna table. Both of these tables can introduce a little bit of nature into formal or informal setting. What a nice way to turn green, don’t you think?
