King of Beds: Hanging Bed
A hanging bed might seem like a an impossible task but it’s the king of all beds if you ask me. There is something magical about a bed suspended in the air, something romantic and adorably childish. There are many ways to approach a DIY suspended bed. From pallets to abandoned canoes, you can create it out of anything you have on your hands and use in the bedroom, living room, or garden.
Hanging Bed Ideas
Hanging beds are great not only for kid’s rooms. You can turn your bedroom into an ultimate resting place with a suspended bed. It’ll also be easier to attach a baldachin to it thank to the ropes.
The only drawback of the hanging bed is that it requires ceiling attachment but ultimately it’s worth it as you get a nice slightly swaying bed that rocks you to sleep (the same thing you can do with your newborn’s hanging crib).
