First in our collection of bubbly furniture, is the Mad Cow Armchair, which is designed by Samuel Ben Shalom. This unique armchair, somewhat baroque in its forms is made exclusively for Talents Design House. First displayed at the Milan Design Fair, which took place at the prestigious Spazio Rossana Orlandi – the chair does have a lot to say! If that chair seems familiar to you, you have probably seen during the music video of Mylene Farmer, a French music artists. No doubt, you can see how the Mad Cow chair slowly drifts into eternity, by becoming iconic. The chair is manufactured in limited edition, having only 22 pieces and once you find out the price you won’t be surprised! Each piece is $13200, and there are three color variations: white, black and 14K Gold!

Now the second inspirational piece is made by Marco Costa for Boca do Lobo Manufacturer, both situated in Portugal. Inspired by the Newton Law of Gravity, the Newton console has the same bubble structure of almost the same colors! While the previous piece is made from layered fiber-Glass, resin coating and glossy car paint finish the Newton console is made from aluminum and lacquered in black, with a high gloss varnish and gold plated spheres. As emphasized by Marco Costa: “Once again, we defy the laws of physics … The spheres and semi spheres that complete this futuristic console are gold plated. This intriguing console is ideal for any modern living rooms, bedrooms and hotel lobbies”. Quite a thrilling combination! You see, even though very far away, the pieces are quite similar – at least in their bubbly appearance!
