Shakin Stevens House
Do you like unconventional designs? Well, we certainly do and to prove it here is the Shakin Stevens inspirational house, that like Janus has two faces to display.

Intriguing Melbourne House
Shakin Stevens’ house, located in Melbourne, Australia, is all about being contemporary, screamingly stylish and eco-friendly. Designed by Matt Gibson Architecture + Design, it is made to astonish. It is composed out of two parts, one presenting the conventional porch, with a suspicious gecko green door, and the other face of the house presenting a large construction, in a sleek modern style with many open spaces.
One of most striking features of the house is its continuity between the Victorian entrance and its massive boxes of the rest of the house. The boxes represent the extension of outdoors and indoors areas, uniting the garden and the house. Following the wish of the client for a white background, with some intriguing accents, and designers presented him with a green house! The vibrant green is a traced in every room, and flows into the garden as a logical conclusion. The green choice of the interior is a support for a architects’ claim to use ecologically sustainable development. In general, the house is positioned as a very modern and ecologically sound house, with its own personality.
