Paradise Valley Awesome Estate Makeover
Paradise Valley, Arizona has enriched its landscape by remodeling an old prairie house, into a contemporary open structure residence, that skillfully blends into the desert like picturesque vistas. Remodeling was carried out by Kendle Design Collaborative, and instead of making a major remodelling there was rather a new house build up, which was place on the exisisting structure of the prairie house.
The furnishing of the new estate took on the warm notes, including a lot of custom made millworks, which make the residence appear like a real southern. The estate is rather large, two level residence which includes a lot of rooms of common use, such as Family Room, home theater, dining rooms, kitchen and pantry area. The simple streamlined features of the house, imitate the simple, but beautiful desert landscape.
However, we must admit, that it is not only desert like landscape. Alongside comes beautiful green lawn with tropical palmtrees. The 2.6 acre property features a lot of greenery, with the main attraction being the big infinity pool. Here is some more information from the designers:
“The custom millwork throughout the house is immediately apparent upon entering the two-story Foyer space. It’s soft Anigre Wood clad walls extend into the Living Room wrapping the fireplace and floating above the new stone and metal hearth. The warm modern vocabulary also includes the entertainment center in the Family Room, headboard and night stands in the Master Suite and new wood cabinets in the expansive Kitchen and Pantry area. New architectural interventions included a custom designed steel and glass stair with limestone treads, the Theater Room with a full projection system and a climate controlled wine room that animates the hallway displaying the owner’s significant wine collection.”
