Collection of Animal Sculptures of Quartz and Marble
A sculptor, designer and musician from Milan, Lorenzo Palmeri prepared an original project called Livingstone especially for the Verona company Stone Italiana. It is a collection of animal sculptures made of stone. To create the collection, the designer used cultured marble and quartz, which are the landmarks of the Stone Italiana manufacturing.

Livingstone project by Lorenzo Palmeri
Lorenzo Palmeri was born in 1968 in the city of Benevento (Campania, Italy). He graduated from the Technical University of Milan (Politecnico di Milano) in architecture. His first joint projects with Bruno Munari and Isao Hosoe have been successful, but Palmer did not want to limit himself to just one area. He began to study music seriously. In 2009, he released his debut album «Preparativi per la pioggia».
Today Palmeri is equally successful in several areas: he deals with architectural projects, devotes a lot of time to design, engaged in producing and composing music for theater productions and films. In addition, Lorenzo often participates in solo and group exhibitions. His projects have received numerous international awards, including the Adi Design Index and the Good Design Award. Since 1997, he began to teach at the Institute Marangoni. He often read lectures abroad. At the moment the master is working on his second album, as well as engaged in several projects in the field of design and architecture. He lives and works in Milan.
Project Livingstone is not Palmeri’s first experience of cooperation with large companies. Among his clients at various times there were: Fumagalli componenti, Korg, Noah guitar, Nissan, Pandora Design, Lavazza, Corvasce, Danes. Palmeri is collaborating with Stone Italiana since 2012.
