The apartment is quite expansive, featuring about 180 square meters of space. It is located on the top floor in the high end building that is practically in the center of Warsaw, Poland. Considering the location, you can imagine how amazing the scenery might be when one looks out of the window. The apartment is overlooking the Vistula River and the National Stadium on one side and the Old Town and The University of Warsaw Library on the other.
The apartment is designed not for any particular customer, as it is meant to be available for rent. Despite that impersonal approach, the apartment is really lightweight and comfortable. The cozy feeling of interior was achieved through the combination of clear lines of the furnishings and the timeless materials as timber, marble and leather. Otherwise earthy palette is enriched via blue and orange accents that run through the whole interior.
It is also important to mention the textural interest in the interior, as we see fine leather contrasting against the sofa upholstery and oak flooring. Rather dark walls are contrasting against the white furniture, and carrara marble coffee table. Among other interior highlights are silk wallpaper and natural veneer where both accents add up to the interior that warm and stylish feel. So, despite the fact that the apartment is meant for rent it retains its own personality making a livable space that is both charming and inviting.
